How do class credits work?
Every class uses 1 credit. Packs come in 1, 5, 10, or 20 classes and are added to your account at the front desk.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel in the app any time before class starts and your credit goes right back to your balance.
What happens when a class is full?
Join the waitlist for free. When a spot opens, the first person in line is moved in automatically and 1 credit is used.
I'm new to Pilates. Where should I start?
Try Reformer Foundations or any Beginner class. Arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can set you up.
Can I use it on my phone?
